For admission to M.Tech in Nanotechnology, candidates should have completed B.Tech in Material science, Mechanical, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Chemical, Electronics and Computer Science.
- Most universities offer admission to M.Sc. in Nanotechnology based on GATE score. Those without valid GATE scores can seek admission based on the entrance exam conducted by the concerned college/University.
